Job purpose

The HR Manager is responsible for running the daily functions of the HR Department including hiring, interviewing, benefits, leave, enforcing company policy and practices.


The HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues, such as employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training & development and talent management.



Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefit plans including 401k plan
  • Coordinate performance management process
  • Coordinate goals administration
  • Process payroll
  • Manage employee personnel files in BambooHR
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Serve on the Team Engagement Committee
  • Other duties as assigned



  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in an HR Generalist position.
  • Proven experience in recruiting professionals.
  • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures is required.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws is required.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving

This is a remote based position
