Job purpose                                                                                                            

The Manager, DHX Business Operations is responsible for managing the business processes and projects related to client fulfillment and sales for DHX. This project management role includes providing operational support for DHX marketing and sales plans, the coordination of custom content productions/client fulfillment: webinars, roundtables, and other custom content and marketing programs, and business operations support for the Chief Revenue Officer/VP of Digital Health Insights.


 Duties and responsibilities                                                                                                            

  • Manage business processes and projects:
    • provide support to the DHI Managing Editor’s content calendar and client fulfillment/deadlines
  • Support DHX sales:
    • Work as the primary client contact post sales to ensure the fulfillment of sponsor campaign goals and objectives
      • Provide campaign timeline
      • Work directly with client to get materials in house so campaigns stay on track. (banner ads, newsletter ads, email html etc)
      • Monitor and track campaign to timeline in order to fulfill on contracted dates
      • Create campaign reports for clients on a monthly basis
      • Clean, format and deliver leads to clients on a weekly basis. Maintain on-going lead list
      • Facilitate webinar production. Act as point of contact with client on timeline and deliverables for promotional campaign. Deliver cleaned registration and attendee list post event
    • Update CHIME Business Development team with sales updates as requested
    • Monitor contracting, billing, collection, and revenue recognition
    • Conduct telephone/marketing sales efforts as needed
  • Manage custom content development programs:
    • Work with Managing Editor to develop timelines for client driven content creation
      • Work directly with clients on materials management, approval process
      • Work with client on to insure sponsored articles are supplied in time for publishing
    • identify content and recruit presenters for webinars, roundtables, and similar custom content initiatives as needed
    • coordinate with external editorial/content partners (Freelancers) on the execution of these programs
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. Project management certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer facing client success role
  • Equivalent experience must include at least three years in an agency, media, communications, sales, or marketing project management role.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. Experience with marketing automation and CRM software required.
  • Knowledge of best practices in project management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of professionals
  • Ability to effectively work in a small team as well as member relationships to accomplish CHIME projects and goals
  • Discipline to successfully work in a collaborative environment where assignments may include tasks with and without close supervision
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Must demonstrate a professional, engaged, curious and consultative nature and good judgment.
  • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment and maintain a can-do attitude.

This is a remote based position
