The Senior Event Planner will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of various Association meeting and events including conferences, board meeting, and tradeshows. National travel is required. Candidate must be able to multi-task while always providing top customer service.
Event management duties will include sourcing, site selection, contract negotiation, event project planning, registration, housing, communications (internal and external), F&B management, budgeting, space planning, RFP responses, full incentive planning, creative and execution.
This position will report into the Vice President of Events, Chief of Staff.
Duties and responsibilities
The Senior Meeting Planner will have national travel for events. They will have overnight stays and some weekend work.
This is a remote based position
